Calvin Hill is the author of "STAYING FIT AFTER 60''. This book introduces "THE EXERCISE FOR LIFE PROGRAM'. Mr. Hill began this exercise program as he approached the age of 60. He began his exercise program because he knew his physical condition was in a state of deterioration. He also knew if he did nothing to reverse this deterioration, he was going to get sick, be disabled or die prematurely. He decided he was not going to let this happen. See the picture of Calvin Hill at age 83 years old; this is the result of doing "THE EXCERCISE FOR LIFE PROGRAM" since turning 60.

Since beginning these exercises; Calvin Hill has not spent one penny going to a gym, using expensive exercise equipment or hiring a personal trainer. He does the exercise for life program in the privacy and comfort of his own home for 35 to 40 minutes each morning. The exercise for life program consists of stretching, strengthening and cardiovascular exercises. A most important problem senior's have to deal with is being able to stay fit into their 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond. The exercise for life program is equally important for your mental well-being. Recent studies have shown seniors who exercise three times a week for 20 minutes a day have a 30 to 40% less chance of having dementia or Alzheimer's. If you have seen the devastation Alzheimer's and dementia has caused in many families, it is very painful to see.

Staying fit physically and mentally as you age is the absolute greatest gift you can give to your family and loved ones. It is the greatest gift you can give to yourself. How would you like to feel as fit and as good as you felt 25 years ago? The exercise for life program can be instrumental in you having that feeling again. The motto for this book is, Exercise for a longer life. Exercise for a healthier life. Exercise for a more mentally alert life. Exercise for the rest of your life.
