Calvin Hill is the author of "STAYING FIT AFTER 60''. This book introduces "THE EXERCISE FOR LIFE PROGRAM'. Mr. Hill began this exercise program as he approached the age of 60. He began his exercise program because he knew his physical condition was in a state of deterioration. He also knew if he did nothing to reverse this deterioration, he was going to get sick, be disabled or die prematurely. He decided he was not going to let this happen.
